Confirmed MAN CITY Team: NO TEVEZ! Milner Replaces Balotelli

20 Mar

Roberto Mancini has made just two changes from the side which faced Dynamo Kyiv on Thursday. However, although as expected Mario Balotelli is not in the team, with James Milner taking his place, Carlos Tévez also misses out due to a groin injury. That is a huge blow for City, but Edin Džeko, Tévez’s replacement, will hope to produce the goods and score his first Premier League goal. Here is the side in full:

 Manchester City 4-3-3 football formation

Subs: Taylor, Boyata, Boateng, Vieira, SWP, A. Johnson, Balotelli

Today was another missed opportunity. Chelsea were certainly not at there best Mancini set out what looked lkike an attacking sidse but it feels like they were told just go and defend. We look like we have no idea when Carlos is missing , Edin gets pushed around to easy and is slow at getting to the ball and back to cover. Silva was ordinary today. Why do we leave it to 10 mins to go and 1-0 down to try and change it. Mancini needs to undrestand that in the premiership sitting on a 0-0 or 1-0 come to that is no good. We dont have the nouse to see these games out. Also disapointed to see bibatelly on the bench, but then again whats the options.
