Bear in mind half of BD first team weren’t playing:-

Maicon – awful again. The bit where you tried to turn and nearly fell over on the near touch line was Sunday league stuff. Fat git. Zab should have come on for him with Nasri moved to the middle.

Lescott – terrible in possession. Tonight showed why you have been axed. So awkward on the ball it’s untrue.

Garcia – worst Mancini buy ever. Slow. Keeps giving the ball away. Slow to turn. And, er, did I say slow. Move to reserve centre back or back to Spain.

Ballotelli – if we a offered £15m for him in Jan I would snap their hand off. He assisted Auguerooooooooooooooooo for that goal but apart from that? Overhyped tool.

Hart – stop pulling those “zany” faces prior to kick off. Not funny. Not a good idea to be cocky when you’ve not won one game. Even if you were top of the group you would still come across as you are doing, which is, a cock. Couple of good saves though. Ok, this is a petty point but it is grating. As is the faux urban ghetto Ali Gi accent!

We are desperately lacking width (Dzeko would score 50% (clinically proven…) more goals with more crosses) apart from the girth of Maicon, Garcia and Tevez (who at least as ever, worked his tripe off).

Adjectives on City – Slow; narrow; lacking urgency; slow; turgid; stodgy; energy sapping; lack of cohesion, passion and fight; slow.

Oh, and what the f*ck does Maicon think when a ball is crossed over to his post?! I’ll just let my man run onto it with a free header. WHAT THE F*CK?!?!?!? Madrid. Tonight’s goal and several moves too. Toss.

The more I see Garcia play the more I am amazed at letting De Jong go……(which I was amazed at at the time)

Garcia was unbelievably shocking! He barely could run let alone turning. He reminds me of an elephant running among cheetahs. I do hope that is due his lack of fitness. He seems to have all physical attributes needed to be a great player and I still refuse to give up hope. I can not wait till Jack is back, though a few mistakes but the prospect seem much brighter than Garcia at this moment.

If Garcia was one of the best DM in Portugal I wonder how slow the game is over there? He should be moved from DM to CB ala Kompany. He’s tall, strong, got a good header. better than Lescott on the ball. I think he’d be a great CB!

Nastasic was very good in my opinion. Happy he is at City. But this match was more of the same for me in Europe. We don’t press the ball as a team, it doesn’t matter if it’s Dortmunds 1st team or 3rd team, they are all taught to play as a team and press together and work their butts off. I just don’t see that from City to the same degree. Our league results are good again this season, but I think it’s only because the talent is so much worse that we can get away with it, playing the way we do. Europe really exposes our team play.

I know this is the toughest champions league group maybe ever, so I’m not torn up that we couldn’t make it out, but our team play in all the games is is what is worrying, because I don’t see how were improving as a team.
