After the dour midweek Manchester derby, Roberto Mancini has opted to make just the two changes to the side. Adam Johnson replaces Gareth Barry, meaning Yaya Touré will drop back to partner Nigel de Jong, whilst Aleksandar Kolarov comes in for Pablo Zabaleta. Emmanuel Adebayor has  failed to shake off his slight injury and doesn’t even make the bench, which is occupied by both Jo and Roque Santa Cruz.
